Condo for Rent!!

Goodmorning!

Today I will be working on a condo that needs to be remodeled in order to be put up for rent asap. Most of the paint work has been done, save the closets and the bathroom. The change a coat of fresh paint makes! Luckily I absolutely love painting. Whether it is walls, murals, or on a canvas… I’ll put some of my work up soon! When the paint work is done, I’ll install some new flooring in the bathroom; after that I will put in a new toilet and vanity.  It’s a good thing my dad taught me all these handy skills while growing up! Thanks, dad!
